Refunds & Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your product to request a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer free returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, a damaged item, or an incorrect item received.
If your return is approved and it is not related to a manufacturing issue, you will be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.
Manufacturing issues and incorrect items
If there is an issue with your product due to a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at akracreations@gmail.com.
In these cases, we will take full responsibility for the return process, including covering return shipping costs and sending a replacement if applicable.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes leashes and collars. These items cannot be resold once they have left our facility and may have been in contact with your dog.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
