Shipping Policy – AkraCreations

All orders are processed within 1–3 weeks after you receive your order confirmation email. This means approximately 7–21 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship worldwide.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Because customs regulations, import policies, taxes, and duties vary by country and may change at any time, it is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local customs office or shipping authority before placing an order to confirm what charges may apply.

AkraCreations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import regulations, or unpaid duties and taxes required by the destination country.

How can you check the status of your order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at akracreations@gmail.com and include your name and order number so we can look into it.
